Monday night dinner.....what to make?




So, tonight was a bit of a challenge because I got a late start...Seeing as we had steak tips last night, I decided to go fowl.... wings that is. Tossed them with mustard powder, garlic powder, Montreal seasoning, and some salt. All tied together with olive oil, of course. Popped in the oven at 375 degrees. We'll see if they are a crowd pleaser. Opted for Ginger-infused Jasmine rice and roasted asparagus with lemon, olive oil and S&P.
